Telaga Tujuh (seven wells)

The Telaga Tujuh, or Seven Wells is a geological marvel. Named as Telaga Tujuh waterfall formed from the series of seven natural wells where the water flow from seven springs. It is believed there are seven daughters of heaven that frequent bathing and very much like going to the cold water from the well. There was a prince who lived near the well and try to allure and married one of the daughters of this but have not succeeded. This water is also believed to have powers that can cure some diseases.

You need to take a short climbs up the mountain to reach the first waterfall. But if you want to the top of the waterfall it impossible because to reach there required to climb at the angle of 45 to 60 degree that required more than 638 concrete steps.

Only 10 minutes you need to reach the first lower waterfall. If you want to reach the “middle fall” you need 20 minutes to hike normally tourist just hike until the first of the lower fall because at that level we already can see the beautiful nature bath with the waterfall.

You can go anytime to seven waterfall because there is no opening or closing time. This place is not only popular among tourist most of the local also will spend time there during weekend. Tourist that visit waterfall don’t have to worried because various facilities provided for them like parking space that will charge RM 2 per entry, toilet, surau, shop that selling food and drink and also souvenir shop.
